Can I add an additional stylist to maximize our getting-ready time?

Yes! Additional stylist rate of $150 can be added to any package. Travel rates may apply per each additional stylist.

How do I reserve my wedding date?

To reserve our beauty team for your wedding date we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Inquiring about a date through email, text, or a phone call does not reserve your date. A signed agreement and paid retainer are the only things that reserve your date.

How far in advance can I book my wedding date?

Mountain Bridal Artistry Co. accepts bookings up to one year in advance. If your wedding date is more than 12 months out, please let us know and we’ll add you to our waitlist.

Are there any additional fees I need to plan for?

Travel Fees (we charge a per-mile rate for locations 20 miles outside of 81650)
Valet parking (only if that’s all that is available at your venue)
Any additional stylist per your request outside of the number of stylists included package.
Early morning convenience (If we have to arrive on site before 8AM)
Holiday Rates (if your wedding date is a holiday, we charge an additional fee)

Can I add additional people for last-minute hair/makeup services on the wedding day?

Our obligation will be to fulfill services on all names listed in bridal contract first. If time permits, there may be an exception made on the day of your wedding for additional services. We cannot guarantee this option and it will be up to the discretion of your onsite beauty team.

If the team decides to do this there will be additional cost per new client that must be paid in full prior to Mountain Bridal Artistry beginning services.

Do you travel outside of Colorado?

Yes! A travel fee and hotel accommodation fee will be applied to your package.

Do you offer any discounts?

Not at this time.

Can I book a trial run before I book my wedding date with you?

Yes, you can. Trial runs are paid separately and are not included in your package. One thing to remember is your wedding date is still available to other couples until a contract and reservation fee are paid. Wedding date bookings are on a first come first serve basis and we will not hold a wedding date if you’ve only booked a trial.

Do you recommend using Clip-In Extensions?

We love to use extensions! If you have questions about how to choose the right extensions please reach out to us first as this will impact your hairstyle. All extensions have to be 100% human hair. Our hot tools will melt any kind of synthetic extension.

Can you split a package?

No, you can not. The packages include both hair and makeup, it is your discretion if you are only wanting one or the other.

How can I leave a gratuity?

Gratuity is not required but is always truly appreciated! If this is something that you choose please put cash into an envelope and hand this to the lead artist.
